About Scholarships

The President's Scholarship is a merit award, provided to the student making satisfactory academic progress. In addition, failure to complete the required examinations per academic year will result in scholarship cancellation. For the purpose of this policy, successful completion of a course is defined as any course in which a grade of A, B, or C is received. Students may take courses during any four semesters terms to make up for any necessary examination to bring their cumulative score. Any withdrawal from classes during a given semester may result in a scholarship adjustment. President's Scholarship recipients who graduate from their undergraduate program early cannot receive the unused portion of their scholarship money toward graduate school or any graduate portion of a combined Bachelor/Master’s program. Please be advised that if for any reason you do not comply with program requirements, the scholarship may be canceled. This scholarship could affect other financial aid you might have. If this should be the case, the Office of Student Financial Aid will adjust your financial aid package. If adjustments are necessary, every effort will be made to maximize the amount of gift aid you receive. The Presidents' Scholarship awards tuition and the registration fee for the entire coursework.

Eligibility

Students planning to pursue graduate / post graduate / doctoral / post doctoral studies in any of the semesters. (Students awaiting admission are also eligible, but the award of scholarship is subject to securing admission) Graduates of a recognized Indian university with a consistently good academic record (Students in the final year of the degree course, or those awaiting results are also eligible).

Attested Copies of all Mark Sheets and Degree Certificates, Award letters of scholarships / awards received

Selection Process

All applications will be screened for short listing will be done by the President. Short listed candidates will be intimidated through email or a call. Disbursement of the scholarship will be done in installments based on the fee statement from the College/University to be furnished by the scholar.
