B.Lionel Kularatne

Mr. Kularatne, a Sri Lankan national, is a veteran in the field of Counseling & Psychology and stays in Colombo with his family. He has worked in Europe and Africa in the early part of his life before coming back to his native place and since then has dedicated his life to help patients suffering from psychosomatic disorders. He is attached with a couple of medical clinics and churches in Colombo and has been awarded an honorary fellowship for his contribution to the cause helping those who need counseling & guidance in Sri Lanka.

Gladis Diana

B.Sc (Maths), M.Sc (Phy), B.Ed, M.Sc (Counseling & Psychotherapy), PGDPC, PGD (School Admin & Mgmnt), PGD (HRM), Doctor in Naturopathy

Ms. Diana is an exceptional school teacher in Maharastra and is now the Principal in an international residential school for girls near Mumbai having about 20 years of rich experience in school level teaching and education management.  She has studied Counseling & Psychotherapy in her pursuit to understand the human mind and it’s conflict in case of the young children and accordingly has done research to document the various steps in helping people overcome stress in life. She has been awarded a fellowship for her research in stress management.

Dr. Sunil Kumar

B.Sc (Audiology & Speech Therapy), MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MD (AM)

Dr.Sunil Kumar is a specialist in counseling young kids and those with hearing problems and has been doing remarkable work in the northern part of India. He has over 15 years of rich experience and has approximately 1000 patients with him who come to him for his incisive counseling skills and guidance. He has practised Alternative Medicines and uses its’ benefits to assist his patients overcome pain and enjoy better treatment. He has been conferred an honorary fellowship for his work and contribution to the development of young minds

Dr. Prashant S. Pagare

Dr. Pagare is one of the highest qualified men in Indian Politics and is currently the Member, SC/ST Atrocity Commission, Govt. of Maharastra, India. He is an exceptional talent in Indian Constitution and has dedicated his life in serving and developing the down trodden in the country. His research and work in human rights movement in pursuit of social justice to bring about social equilibrium and fraternity in the otherwise divisive Indian social system. The International Academic Council of SAIES, UK has credited his hard work and academic qualifications with a D.Litt in Human Rights & Social Justice.

M.V. Ravi Kumar Sharma

BA, LLB, PGD (PM & IR), PGDHRD, PGDBA

Mr. Sharma has more than 22 years of rich industrial experience in India having served corporate such as JK Cements & Welspun Group before joining the MNC giant in Paints Industry, Sherwin Williams for their Indian Operations as Vice President (HR) where he is part of the core executive team reporting to Asia Pacific Head for all matters pertaining to HR & OD.

He has over the years collected and documented evidences of stress in the life of the working women in India and accordingly came out with his research on “Stress in the life of the working women in India””. The Academic Council of SAIES, UK has bestowed Mr. Sharma with a doctorate in Management for his work in the said field.

Ravindra Pratap Gupta

B.Sc, MBA (NAIU)

Mr. Ravindra P Gupta started his career in professional retailing in the pharmaceutical sector when the retail revolution in India had just begun and has served organizations such as Aventis, Wanbury, Micro Labs and The Clinic Healthcare Retail (Future Group, India) where he held the position of  Vice President before embarking in the world of education management by joining Indira Group of Institutions in India where he is currently Director for one of their B Schools in Navi Mumbai.

He has been conferred with an honorary doctorate for his efforts in promoting  management education and support human resources requirement in corporate in India through his steady supply of management graduates

Mr. Ashok Thapar

B.Sc, DMM, MBA

Mr. Thapar is a high quality marketing professional in the pharmaceutical world having served organizations in India and abroad  such as Warner Hindustan, Wockhardt, Alembic Ltd, Ozone & Biogen Pharma before getting involved in management education in the capacity of a professor in marketing & sales in leading Indian B schools in Mumbai and around. He offers lectures for Executive MBA and Full time MBA programmes. He has been conferred with an honorary doctorate for his efforts in promoting management education in India.

Mr.Hanif U Kanjer

B.E.(Production), MBA (London Business School)

Mr. Kanjer started his career as a Business Process Consulting professional with companies such as Infosys, Ernst & Young,  3M, BCG before getting involved in setting up the prestigious SP Jain Center of Management in Dubai in the year 2003. He has since then involved himself fully into the world of academics and is currently the Director in Charge for Rustomjee Knowledge World, leading their group of Institutions such as Rustomjee  International School, PR Toddlers Academy, Computer Education Centre, Rustomjee Cambridge International School, Rustomjee Institute for Training & Education and Rustomjee Business School.

He has won many an award for excellence in the education sector and has authored books in the related fields. The academic council of SAIES, UK has bestowed Mr. Kanjer with a doctorate in Organizational Ethics for his work in developing, promoting and sustaining the growth of academic institutions which he has been serving for the last 10 years.

Ms. Chetna Desai

BA (Sociology), MA (Sociology), PG (Urban & Regional Planning), MA (Development Studies), IDS-Sussex University

Ms Desai started her career in social field with Akshara, a womens resource center in India as Programme Officer and then went on to join a Belgian NGO called Terre does Homes as their Regional Manager from 2004-2008. She went to UK to pursue her Masters in Development Studies from IDS, Sussex University and upon her return to India, was invited to join UNICEF in Bihar as State Consultant for Child Protection Unit. Ms. Desai is a trustee with 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation, India and works tirelessly for the security and development of the girl child in India.The Academic Council of SAIES, UK has recognised her relentless efforts in the development field and accordingly conferred her with an honorary doctorate in development studies.

Dr. Vishva M Handa

B.Sc, LLB, PGD (PM & IR), Dip in T & D, Dip in BM, Phd (NAIU)

Dr. Handa started his career with the Indian Army where he was Commissioned Officer before experiencing industrial Life with organizations such UCIL, Reliance Industries, Deepak Fertilizers to name a few of the key organizations which benefitted because of his immense knowledge and expertise in industrial & corporate law, personnel & administrative strength and Human Relations.

He moved into education and rose to the level of a Director with a leading Indian B School and is currently the Head of Dilkap Institute of Management & Research near Mumbai. He has been conferred an honorary doctorate for his unending efforts in reforming the education system in b schools in India and related good management practices.

Makarand Rege

Mr. Rege is an exponent in conducting training sessions in communication skills and personality development both at corporate houses as well as in business schools in India having had more than 20 years of rich experience in the said field both as part of a world class training organization as well as running his own training outfit.

He also conducts executive coaching & transformational leadership seminars and consulting assignments to help assist small and medium sized enterprises undergo change. The academic council of SAIES, UK has conferred on him an honorary doctorate for his tremendous success as a communication skills trainer and in the bargain developing human talent.
